Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
For customers needing a signed DPA (required by many legal departments and mandatory for companies with health, financial or high-risk data), we provide a customized document compliant with GDPR Art. 28 and the EU AI Act.
What it contains
- Processing parties (Controller = you, Processor = Bigei SRL)
- Categories of data processed
- Duration and termination
- Technical and organizational security measures
- Sub-processor list (Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Data breach notification procedures
- Data subject rights and audit
- Data transfers (EU only)
- Indemnification clauses
How to request it
Write to dpa@usenexus.im with:
- Your company's business name + VAT
- Name and role of the signatory
- DPO email (if appointed)
- Indication of the Nexus AI plan chosen
- Any specific clauses requested
Issuance time: 3-5 business days.
Already an Enterprise customer? The DPA is included and provided at contract time. All other plans can request it for free.
