Does it work with my PMS?+

Probably yes. We have native integrations with the main Italian PMS systems: Beddy, Octorate, Krossbooking, Ericsoft, Vertical Booking, Scrigno. If yours isn't there, we activate the integration in 5 days.

Can the AI really do upselling without being intrusive?+

Yes. Nexus proposes extras only when contextually sensible — for example after a booking confirmation, not during an info request. You set the rules.

Who pays for the call when a customer calls the AI number?+

The customer pays as for a normal Italian landline call. You pay a small per-minute fee for the voicebot (included in the plan up to a certain minute pool).

How long does it take to go live?+

3-5 days. We upload rate sheets, room photos, policies. We configure the number. We let you test it.
