What happens if I exceed my plan's conversations?+
No hard stop. Extra conversations cost €0.05 each on Starter, €0.04 on Pro, €0.02 on Enterprise. You'll get an email at 80% and 95% of your limit.
Is a 'conversation' a single message or a whole chat?+
It's a whole chat with one customer, on one channel, in 24 hours. 50 messages = 1 conversation.
What's NOT included?+
The cost of outbound voicebot calls (if you enable voice outbound), the cost of acquiring a WhatsApp Business number (€0 if you already have one, €15 one-off for a new one), Meta's WhatsApp fees (passed as-is, ~€0.04 per business-initiated message).
Can I change plans?+
